    A formal complaint is a claim you can file to our administration regarding an incident in which you felt that you or your child may have experienced discrimination, harassment, unfair treatment, or a violation of rights.

    What Will Happen After I Submit My Formal Complaint?

    The Formal Complaint Form will provide you with the opportunity to voice your concerns, and it will provide Mishkah Montessori’s administration the opportunity to look into the incident and help correct the situation, in sha Allah. You will receive requests for additional information (if applicable) and updates either via email or by phone. We appreciate your patience as we work towards resolving your concerns.
